Why we celebrate Christmas

Isaiah 9:6-7
For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

It is a time where we want to spend a little extra time to relax and enjoy the life that God gave us. It is a time to remember and reflect on what God did for us, what a tremendous sacrifice He actually did for us. When we take a moment and reflect on His love, our hearts change. We will reach higher and have a deeper love. People will notice, that you have been spending time with the Lord.

Give them a piece of paper, a pencil and encourage them to create own ornament designs. This is a great way to encourage their creativity thinking.
