  • 20 fresh dates
  • 2 c rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ c coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 ts vanilla sugar (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Shredded coconut, chopped nuts or seeds (for rolling)
